There are a variety of treatments and teeth whitening products. You can opt for a teeth whitening treatment in a clinic using laser or whitening gel, or you can use products in your home as whitening toothpastes and mouthwashes.

Here we propose natural remedies that can easily and comfortably at home:

Baking soda

In times of strawberries, you mix with baking soda. Strawberries are rich in malic acid, which remove stains caused by cigarettes, wine, cola or coffee. Try mixing the pulp of strawberries with a little baking soda and rub the mixture onto your teeth. Leave in the ointment for about 10 to 20 minutes later to brush your teeth thoroughly. Note that although the baking soda whitens teeth, it can erode the enamel layer, so you should not be repeated more than once this treatment twice a week.

Banana or orange peel

With the inside of a banana peel or rub orange teeth. Wait 10 minutes and brush your teeth well. Vitamins and minerals such as potassium and bromine containing these fruits on your skin, help whiten teeth.

Apple cider vinegar and lemon

Squeeze about 1/4 lemon and add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Dip a brush or toothbrush itself in the mixture and apply it to your teeth, not to mention rinse mouth thoroughly to complete the process. The mixture can help remove stains caused by wine, coffee or nicotine. Note that excess acidity could erode the enamel of your teeth, so it’s not good to repeat more than once this treatment twice a week.

Coal dust

Oddly enough, the charcoal can help remove those pesky stains that can leave you in the teeth. Dip the toothbrush in a container with coal dust and brush your teeth normally. After completing the process, about 2 minutes, rinse well with warm water. Carbon is a material that absorbs the chemicals and toxins. It is capable of absorbing acid stains and fight bacteria and plaque thereby helping to whiten teeth.

Brush with salt

Enter toothbrush salt powder and performs the same procedure as in the previous cases. The salt absorbs and disinfects, so you can remove stains from wine or caffeine.

Gargle with coconut oil or olive oil

These oils are antibacterial oils rich in antioxidants and help in cleaning, disinfecting and stain removal on teeth. To use this remedy properly, add a few drops to brush teeth or gargle for a few minutes, rinsed well to complete the process. As a bonus tip, you can also add a little peppermint oil to disinfect.
